I love OXO. I have never known the proper pronunciation of the company name though. It’s like OPI nail polish. Who knows?
Anyway, I needed to call OXO customer service today and they answered the phone “OXO”. I was so excited to finally know the pronunciation. Really, it’s the small things in life that make me smile. :O)
Oh, and their customer service was great. I have their new food mill, and my dishwasher didn’t like it so much. They’re sending me a new one. How cool are they?
Something interesting I found out from the OXO lady. She had spoken with someone once who had two salad spinners. Why, you ask?
She used the second one to wash her lingerie!!! Sounds like an innovative thing to do, agitation without damaging the clothing, and you don’t have to wring anything out by hand. Cool.
