So the new challenge over at A Blog Named Hero is to personalize something. After making my project, and loving it, I realized that I didn’t really personalize anything. Ha! I did make a custom cover for my planner, but it didn’t have my name or anything. Oh well. 🙂
I have a cute planner that I am supposed to be using this year. I’m pretty ingrained with using an electronic calendar, and do so regularly, but I thought that a paper planner might help me with some tasks that are ongoing, and goal setting. So far, haven’t used it once. Let’s not dwell on that.
While the planner had a cute enough cover, since I’ve been loving using watercolor lately, I wanted to make a new cover. This is just a simple wash of stripes with plain water then dropping in colors from the Peerless palette and letting them spread on their own.
Then a hopeful stamp right on top with Versafine ink. Here’s to hoping that all of our days are happy this year.
