We’ve got a fun challenge going on at A Blog Named Hero. It’s called “Favorite” which can be interpreted any way you like it. I refer to this as my “favorite stamp and die set that I had to have from Simon Says Stamp and I’ve finally used it after a year in my stash” card. This stamp set is so cute, the most darling dog and cat. I am 100% an animal lover and am so happy that I finally put this to good use.
It’s quite a simple card, but it uses my favorite things; kraft paper, embossing, copic coloring and vellum. Can’t go wrong with that combination. The only thing tricky here is that I used those enamel dots as “rivets” to cover my need to glue the vellum down to the card base. And I cut this card to four inches wide to the “pawesome” die cut would hang over the edge, yet still fit into a standard envelope.
