Small Scale Challenge at A Blog Named Hero

It’s time for our next challenge at A Blog Named Hero. I used my Clearly Besotted stamps to make these fantastic gold stripes, all the rage right now. I’m nothing if not trendy. Seriously, I’m NOT trendy. ;o)
The challenge is to do something on a small scale, so I made this little flat card 3″ x 4″, it would be perfect for Project Life. I think I will probably put a hole in the corner and make a hang tag out of it for one of the many baby blankets I crochet for friends. I’ll write the care instructions on the back. I think it will be a very cute way of including that information.
Here’s a tip:
Since the large stripe is a bit flexible I wanted to make sure I got it aligned properly on my acrylic block. I just rested it along the bottom edge of my paper trimmer and then picked it up with my block. Easy peasy! And straight, most importantly.

Please join us in the challenge, it’s so much fun to see your creations. As always, our awesome sponsor Simon Says Stamp will provide a generous gift certificate to the winner!
